General Ticket Pick-Up (Will Call)

Tickets ordered through Ticketmaster or the Ryan Center Box Office must be picked up at the Main Box Office on the north side of the Ryan Center.  It is accessed by following Route 138 to Plains Road.  Tickets left by URI coaches for URI athletic events are also available at this location. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

URI Player, Prospective Student Athletes and Visiting Team Pick-Up (Will Call)

Tickets left by a URI player or a visiting team’s players, coaches or ticket office can be found at the players’ tickets table found in the north lobby located off plains road.  All patrons picking up players’ tickets must show a valid ID and must be present to sign for them.  The North Lobby is accessed by following Route 138 to Plains Road.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Lost or Stolen Tickets

If your tickets were purchased using Ticketmaster, please contact them directly at 1-800-745-3000 with any problems.  If you are a season or plan ticket holder, please call 401-874-RAMS.  In most cases single game or event tickets purchased at the box office can be replaced if lost or stolen by calling The Ryan Center Box Office at 401-788-3200 (follow prompt #1 to Box Office and then Prompt #5).  For instances when cash was used tickets will not be able to be replaced.  The cost to replace a lost ticket is $5.

Tickets reported as stolen can be replaced free of charge with the presence of a police report.
