Wheelchair Accessible SeatingWe recommend that accessible seating be purchased in advance when possible to allow for the best accommodations.  To purchase seating, you may call the Ticket Office at 515-564-8351.  You may also purchase accessible seating in person at the ticket office.  To accommodate as many patrons as possible, we allow one companion seat along with the accessible seat.  Additional companions will be seated as close as possible.  On the night of an event, the sale or relocation to accessible seating is accommodated based on availability.  If you need to exchange a ticket for an accessible seat or have any other ticket questions related to this, please contact us at 515-564-8351 as soon as possible.  To avoid any inconveniences, we recommend that accessible seating requests be made in advance as much as possible.

For most events, wheelchair locations are available in each price level.  There are wheelchair platforms located on the 100 level and 200 level, as well as the floor depending upon the configuration.

For those with limited mobility but do not need wheelchair access, we recommend seating in our 100 level where access can be obtained by a minimal amount of steps.  However, if you elect a seat in the 200 and 300 level, there are elevators for your use.
